I am writing to thank you for making our biking experience marvelous. On Tuesday, July 8th, I brought my husband and another couple to your shop to rent bikes. I had not called ahead, and arrived at 9:30 a.m. to be told that there were only 2 hardtail bikes available for rent. After listening to our plight (we drove 2 hours to get there to show our friends, who had never ridden before, what fun mountain biking could be), Bill patiently worked with us (we were a tad frustrated) to find a solution, even calling the owner to arrive at a solution. Bill demonstrated amazing patience and was very gracious and polite throughout the discussions -- he is to be commended and I can tell you that we will definitely be back to ride again soon.

I justed wanted to say that I was extremely pleased with Bri's sales ability when I had her help in selecting and ordering a pair of road shoes that would keep my feel cool in the summer. She suggested a pair of Specialized shoes with venting that really does a great job! Her manner was pleasant and knowledgeable while not overbearing.
She ordered the shoes that day, and called me immediately within a few days that they were in. I road all weekend and never felt so "cool"! The perfect shoe for the job.

Hi Mike & Dawn:
You probably don't remember me, due to the fact that you were trying to take care of so many other customers. Even though you were very busy you made me feel welcome & genuneally concearned to assist me.
Although I used a bicycle in my youth as my main source of transportation, I haven't ridden one in years. Now that I'm retired, I would like to recapture some of my youth & health with the help of bicycling. I had an old beach cruiser that I wanted to recondition and have a large basket installed on the front so I could carry my little dog along with me. You made that old bike look & run like new. My dog "Buster" really enjoys his basket and I better not ride off without him.
You did such a good job and showed such pride in your craftsmanship, that I also brought you my wife's old bike to recondition. Again, you did a wonderful job.
I was very much impressed with the entire shop, especially the courtesy and professionalism of your employees. The inventory is awesome. I am amazed at how much bicycles have advanced over the last 60 some odd years. I'm sure that in the next few months, I'll be ready to upgrade to one of your new & improved bikes.

I have been in and out of your shop since you opened in 2001. In that time I have seen some great changes in the cycling world in and around Marion County, all thanks to you.
You have given the support and commitment needed to be successful and I give you a great big ‘good for you !!!’ you have gone over and above to make it all work.
From putting rides together for all ages to the service you provide to each and every person that walks through your door regardless of what they ride. Even though I have always ridden a competitors bike I always went to your shop when I needed something and always recommended you to my friends and co-workers.
I took a Specialized Epic for a test ride and was hooked, great bike! After some thought I decided on a Epic Marathon Carbon and I also bought some new Specialized gloves and mountain bike shoes I must say both are very comfortable and functional. Though out the whole process your entire staff was very helpful, Thank you !!

Hello Michael and Dawn,
Just wanted to say thank you so much for the rentals last Wednesday. The bikes worked just fine for all the trails, easy to “expert”. I just had to remember to watch out for the soft sand in some of the turns- nothing like we have in the Northeast. Also thanks for taking care of the deposit so quickly.
Please pass along to the people that run and take care of the trails that they do an outstanding job that should be recognized and looked up to for many rider groups in the US. Everything worked and flowed great, from the Vortex area and ladders to the pump tracks, Twister, Bunny, Dr. Ruth, John Brown, and so on.
I will be telling everybody I ride with what an excellent time was had and what bike shop to visit!
